“Use what you’ve been through as fuel, believe in yourself and be unstoppable!"
—Yvonne Pierre

positive ways to get through his day. Through his discovery about living with
ADHD, he learns that he is not the only one living with it and that many
others live with it as well. He learns that people of all types and ages, from
students to professionals, live with this chronic condition that can be
managed through daily routines(and sometimes medication).
Book Excerpt
Mom always reminds me that ADHD is a blessing as it
teaches us all to have more patience with one another. It’s
my hope to teach those around me to slow down and enjoy
life, say no to excuses and find a solution when you realize
you’re struggling.
Take time to learn your strengths and weaknesses. Use
them to help shape and improve yourself. Set goals on
paper and check them off as you accomplish them. When
you conquer those goals, save that paper and write new
ones. Watch how much you have grown and matured. You,
like me, will be proud of yourself.
What Does ADHD stand for?

How can ADHD be managed?

What are the three major signs of ADHD?
The 3 major signs are attention difficulty, hyperactivity, & impulsiveness. “Attention difficulty” means trouble staying focused or on task. “Hyperactivity” means moving around a lot or being very active.“Impulsiveness” is when someone does whatever they feel like doing without taking time to think it through first.
